The App does not require you to create an independent account, provide an email address, or submit traditional personal identifying information. However, to facilitate the global leaderboard, the App automatically interacts with Apple's gaming services:

Automatic GameKit Integration: If your iOS device is signed into Apple Game Center, the App automatically links to your profile.
Data Accessed: The App processes the 3-letter display name you input within the game, your highest game scores, and your Apple Game Center username (alias).
Strict Purpose Limitation: This data is accessed exclusively to display your ranking on the global leaderboard.
No Background Tracking: I do not collect your physical location, device identifiers (such as IDFA), or browsing history. I do not utilize any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Infrastructure

I do not operate, maintain, or rent independent servers or backend databases. All leaderboard data (your 3-letter name, Game Center username, and scores) is transmitted to, processed by, and stored entirely within Apple's native GameKit infrastructure. I do not possess a standalone copy of this database. Your use of Game Center and the storage of this data are governed entirely by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases and Financial Data

Blobs in a Box offers digital goods for purchase.

Exclusive Apple Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store infrastructure.
Zero Financial Data Access: I do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or identity. Apple acts as the sole Data Controller for your financial information and provides me only with anonymized, aggregate commercial performance reports.

5. Security and Limitation of Liability

Because all data routing, storage, and security are handled exclusively by Apple's iOS and GameKit infrastructure, I do not directly control the servers where your leaderboard data resides.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I disclaim any and all liability for unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure of your data that occurs on Apple’s infrastructure or results from vulnerabilities outside of my direct control. By using the App, you acknowledge that no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

This policy is designed to comply with global privacy frameworks:

A. European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR) The legal basis for processing your leaderboard data is the performance of a contract (providing the game's features) and the consent you provided to Apple via your iOS settings. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Because I do not control the GameKit servers, you must manage, alter, or delete your Game Center profile directly through your iOS Settings app.

B. California Residents (CCPA, CPRA, and CalOPPA) I declare that in the preceding 12 months, I have not sold or shared any personal information of California consumers. You have the right to request the deletion of your data; this can be achieved by deleting your Game Center data via your device settings. Furthermore, because the App does not track users across third-party platforms, it does not require or respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals.

C. Australia (Privacy Act 1988) Your limited data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. It is used exclusively for the primary purpose of operating the game and is never used for direct marketing or sold to third parties.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This App does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions) outside of the automated Apple Game Center ecosystem. Any data processed through Game Center for underage users is subject to the parental controls and Family Sharing restrictions configured by the parent or guardian on the iOS device.
