"I bought an item, but it didn't show up in the game!"
Answer: "Sometimes the connection to the App Store takes a moment. Please go to the game's settings menu and tap 'Restore Purchases'. If it still doesn't appear, try restarting your device."
"How do I request a refund for a purchase?"
Answer: "Because Blobs in a Box values your privacy, I do not process payments or have access to your credit card information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple. To request a refund, please visit Apple's 'Report a Problem' page
and log in with your Apple ID." (Note: This perfectly aligns with your custom EULA).
"Why isn't my score showing up on the Leaderboard?"
Answer: "The global leaderboard requires you to be signed into Apple Game Center. Please open your iPhone's Settings app, scroll down to Game Center, and ensure you are signed in and that the feature is enabled."
"How do I delete my leaderboard data?"
Answer: "All leaderboard data is stored securely on Apple's GameKit servers. To remove your data, you must manage your Game Center profile directly through your iOS device's Settings app."
